I bought 3 of these just today as I have a new created garden with lots (too much) of shade. I need to get them in the ground soon…they better survive the winter!

‘Sugar and Spice’ have a terrific leaf colouring and pretty flowers. Mine have survived down to -40º C (-40º F) winter temperatures. They do have some leaf mulch covering over the winter. The plants might pop up a bit in spring and then need replanting deeper.
